This warranty covers the following defects under normal indoor residential use:
- Abnormal sagging — defined as a body depression of 40 mm or more for mattresses 20 cm and above in thickness, or 30 mm or more for mattresses below 20 cm in thickness
- Manufacturing defects in the mattress core that affect normal sleep function
Not Covered
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Fabric damage including tears, stains, colour fading, bleeding, soiling, or burns
- Opening of stitching (quilt & tape edge) reported after 15 days of purchase
- Damage to handles after use — handles are provided for minor adjustments only, not for carrying the full weight of the mattress
- Bending of the mattress — this constitutes inappropriate usage
- Any alterations made by the customer to the mattress
- Stains occurring after unpacking and use at the customer’s premises
- Mattress damage due to infestation by insects, rodents, or any natural event
- Damage arising from improper bed base conditions — uneven surface, unsupported or flexible frame, or incorrect mattress size relative to the bed
- Any odour arising from use in an enclosed environment or from moisture in the air
- Preference in comfort level — comfort perception is not a manufacturing defect
- Body depression of less than 40 mm (mattresses 20 cm and above) or less than 30 mm (mattresses below 20 cm)
- Damage caused by relocation of the mattress by the customer
- Normal softening of comfort layers with regular use — this is a natural characteristic, not a defect
- Products found to be altered, abused, or damaged due to customer negligence
Mattress Care Guidelines
To maintain warranty validity and extend mattress life, customers should:
- Vacuum the mattress every 3 months
- Use a protective topper to guard against moisture and staining
- Rotate the mattress head-to-foot every 3 months for even wear
- Allow the mattress to breathe with periodic ventilation
- Keep bed linen off the floor
- Place the mattress on a flat, firm, and even bed base with adequate centre support
- Ensure slatted bases have uniform spacing and a centre support leg or beam
- Do not bend, fold, drag, stand on, or jump on the mattress
- Do not use dry-cleaning chemicals on the mattress
- Do not eat, drink, or smoke on the bed
- Do not iron clothing on the mattress
- If a loose thread is found, trim it with scissors — do not pull
- Avoid placing heavy objects on the mattress
- Do not remove the brand label — it is required for warranty claims
- Verify bed size before purchase to ensure correct fit
- When using a storage bed, remove the mattress before accessing the storage compartment

- Natural characteristics of genuine leather, including variations in shade, tone, wrinkles, or minor scratches
- Tearing, pilling, fading, or shrinking due to exposure to direct sunlight
- Crushing, shading, or marking typical to fabrics (considered natural characteristics)
- Water, liquid, alcohol, chemical, or moisture damage to fabric or electrical components
- Damage caused by outdoor placement or use in humid environments
- Minor gaps, unevenness, or alignment variation between cushions, sections, or modules in sectional sofas, recliners, or sofa-beds — these are normal due to design and usage
- Uneven cushioning, level differences, or minor gaps in pull-out sofa beds — normal due to the folding mechanism and multi-layer construction; sofa-beds are designed primarily as sofas with an occasional sleeping function
- Minor sound or movement from recliner, sliding, or pull-out mechanisms during use — considered normal mechanical behavior and not a defect
- Damage, instability, or uneven seating caused by placing furniture on an uneven floor surface
- Any alteration, repair, upholstery change, or modification done by non-Authorized personnel — this will void the warranty
- Damage caused during shifting, relocation, or transportation by the customer or third-party movers after delivery
- Damage resulting from improper cleaning methods or use of harsh chemicals
- Normal wear and tear. Foam and cushions may soften during normal use — this is a natural characteristic and not a manufacturing defect unless abnormal sagging (more than 4 cm) occurs within the warranty period
- Spring or webbing detachment due to misuse
- Any product damaged due to negligence, abuse, or improper handling, even if within the warranty period
- Any item sold under promotion, clearance, display, discounted, or last-piece sale — strictly non-warranty and non-exchange unless explicitly stated in writing on the invoice
Usage & Care Guidelines
To maintain warranty validity, customers must:
- Use the sofa strictly for domestic indoor purposes
- Avoid standing, jumping, or overloading seating areas
- Keep furniture away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity
- Clean only with recommended upholstery cleaning products
- Avoid spilling liquids; wipe immediately if accidental spillage occurs
- Ensure recliners are operated gently and in accordance with usage instructions
- Ensure installation and service are carried out only by authorised personnel
- Avoid sitting on armrests or cushion edges, as this may cause deformation
- Slight variation in cushion height, alignment, or shape may occur due to upholstery tension and foam construction — this is normal
- New cushions may feel firm initially and will gradually soften slightly with regular use
Recliner Usage Guidelines
- To close the recliner, sit properly on the seat and push it back using your body weight
- Do not pull the recliner from the back using your hands — this is considered improper handling and may cause damage to the reclining mechanism and internal structure
- Always operate the recliner only in the recommended way to ensure smooth functioning and avoid damage
